We have had a lot less leaks since using these and the adhesive strip helps keep them in place when putting diapers on a sometimes less than cooperative kiddo. Lol

I am very pleased with this booster pad after trying several other brands. They are soft against my skin and seem to conform to whatever disposable underwear I am wearing. Definitely adds to the absorbency.
